You may already know a lot about your anxiety, and may even know what you “should” be doing differently. But knowing what to do doesn't always make it easier to change.
I offer a space to look more closely at why you think, feel, and respond the way you do, uncovering patterns that show up in your relationships and the expectations you place on yourself. From there, we can work toward meaningful change.
I want therapy to be a place where you feel genuinely understood while also leaving with a clearer understanding of yourself and what you want to do differently, and I do so by constantly tailoring what our sessions look and feel like.

We always start with a free 20-minute consultation. After, my fee is $240 for a 45-50 minute individual therapy session. If you have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Medical Savings Account (MSA), you may be able to use these for payment towards therapy.

I am a self-pay/out-of-network provider and do not participate directly with insurance plans, but I can provide a receipt which you can then submit to your insurance for reimbursement (most PPO and POS plans include out-of-network benefits). Visit the Fees and Insurance page for more information.

Currently, I only see adult individual clients. I would be happy to provide referrals for Couples, Family, or Child Therapists.
